ISM's D-Cut plasma cutting system combines a high performing cutting machine with specialized software, optimized for producing items from many different metal sizes--up to ½” thick. Special software is also available for system ventilation manufacturing. As one of the best systems in its class, D-Cut component parts are supplied by leading manufacturers, including Hypotherm and Burny, with final assembly performed in the U.S.A.

Fitting Data Entry allows the user to select a fitting and then detail for appropriate manufacturing.

Gauge, connectors, seams and stiffeners are pressure class driven.

Display offers 3 views of the fitting; allows for dimension and option change verification.

Powerful report generator allows for:

• Job Contents Window, Management Reports, and Exported Files that can contain from 1 to more than 200 attributes of a duct item.
• Assembly and bar code labels-- design your own or use defaults.

MAP/CAM-Duct interface with most plasma and laser profiling machines.

Supports several machines simultaneously.

Fast and efficient system provides automatic nesting and ensures minimal scrap.

D-Cut Plasma Cutting System offers an extensive library of rectangular, round and oval fittings- the most available in the industry.

All patterns are suitable for welding or seaming, available with metric and imperial dimensions. Each pattern has many configurable options, including: seam positions, nominal- OD/ID diameters, notches, stitching, insulation, double skinned, and more.
